Software and Load Testing (SALT)

The Software and Load Testing service helps UW campuses improve the quality of deployed software applications. The SALT team, consisting of experts from the Division of Information Technology at UW-Madison, promotes proven testing methodologies, provides automated testing services, and offers a broad spectrum of testing guidance. SALT conducts functional, regression and load testing of web-based applications. SALT makes services available to anyone in the UW-System. There is currently no charge for using the testing software, but consultation time is charged at an hourly rate.
